Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high quality independent commercial insurance brokerage in the Bradford area. This role can be part office and part home based and comes with an excellent basic salary + a generous benefits package, which includes a significant annual bonus, 27 days holiday + birthday, PMI and a high level of pension contribution.

This business is long established, fiercely independent and boasts a very low staff turnover and high client retention. They are committed to creating a quality, professional and enjoyable working environment with lots of support and genuine career progression.

In this role, you will join the commercial team, dealing with clients with annual premium spends up to circa £15k. The majority of your work will be focused on existing clients, making amendments and adjustments and being involved in the marketing and negotiation of renewals. There will also be an opportunity to provide new business quotations to new enquiries that come in.

The role will involve a lot of client and insurer contact and with a big emphasis on providing an exception level of customer service. Previous use of Acturis would be beneficial, along with previous commercial insurance experience, strong administrative skills, confident communication and attention to detail.
