This position is remote, preferably based in the Bay Area, Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, Atlanta, or Texas.

*Incumbent must have commercial services industry experience.

We are seeking a Program Director to provide operational guidance and support to ensure the client workplace services team has the resources, programs, and tools to deliver excellent customer service. The role involves developing relationships with client contacts, end-users, third-party vendors, and internal teams, and leading the WeSolve Client Support team.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Program Director manages daily operations, supervises Program Managers and team members, and strategizes for service and project improvements. Oversight includes internal programs like ESG, Business Continuity, and Safety, ensuring their effective implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and develop program delivery, documentation, budgets, and goals.
  2. Implement long-term objectives to enhance customer satisfaction and financial outcomes.
  3. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  4. Coordinate service delivery to maximize effectiveness and profitability.
  5. Identify and manage risks associated with program activities.
  6. Develop and maintain client programs to meet strategic goals.
  7. Build and sustain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  8. Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate the Client Support team.
  9. Lead team meetings, performance reviews, and workload management.
  10. Handle escalations and resolve service issues promptly.
  11. Develop action plans to meet service levels and improve operations.
  12. Maintain high client retention through excellent service and relationships.
  13. Monitor client health and data integrity in reporting.
  14. Support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
  15. Promote open communication and teamwork.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:

Skills and Abilities:

  • Background in Relocation and/or Real Estate.
  • Strong project management skills for complex projects.
  • Experience working with high-performance teams.
  • Leadership in hiring, coaching, and developing teams.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Integrity, credibility, and passion for the mission.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of related experience, preferably in Relocation Services Industry.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience, with 3+ years in supervisory roles.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Salary Range: $120k - $130k, with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, holidays, life insurance, and disability coverage.
