Overview

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Commercial Dealership who are recruiting for a Commercial Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Ashford area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Commercial Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

• Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
• 1 in 4 Saturdays, 08:00 - 13:00

Requirements

• A working experience within a Service Advisor role
• The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
• Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
• Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

Duties of role

• To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
• Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate. Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
• Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
• Manage the handover and administration of loan vehicles. Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.
• Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
• Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the business.

For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £30,000 with OTE of circa £37,400.
