Job summary

Confidential in Bristol is seeking an experienced Commercial Senior Paralegal to join our team. You will progress commercial property acquisitions and refinances, advise clients, and coordinate with lenders, solicitors and agents to maintain momentum on matters.

The role requires a law degree or equivalent, at least 12 months' experience in a law firm, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous records and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent work-based experience.
• Minimum of 12 months' experience working within a law firm.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment is desirable.
• Experience working within Commercial Property is desirable.
