Commercial Senior Associate | Working alongside a Top 10 International Firm Partner

The Firm

This firm specialise over a broad array of legal services focussing on big ticket business clients across Corporate Law, Employment Law, Commercial Disputes, Construction and more whilst boasting a strong team who handle HNW / UHNW individuals work spanning Property, Private Client and Family. For lawyers looking to join a fully serviced practice which encourages cross referral work, collaboration and team work, this is an excellent choice.

The Role

You will work closely with the Managing Partner of the firm within the Commercial team, and be supported more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards.

You will work alongside industry leaders and will deal with all types of commercial agreements, ranging from trading agreements, complex major projects, IP and IT-related agreements, compliance, data protection, outsourcing and joint ventures.

The team advise on all commercial agreements, including in relation to manufacturing, supply and procurement of goods and services, distribution (whether through agents, distributors or resellers), outsourcing, and joint ventures.
