A prominent media organization in the UK is seeking a Commercial Scheduling Executive (Entry Level) to handle log generation and optimize scheduling for a better listener experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and a committed team player looking to develop their skills in the radio industry. Commercial Scheduling Executive - (Entry Level)
This role reports to Commercial Scheduling Group Manager
You will be responsible for log generation and commercial output of some of our biggest Brands. By optimisation and manipulation you will work towards the best achievable schedule, whilst meeting campaign results, industry & internal guidelines and best possible listener experience.

In the first few months, you would have:
Established scheduling processes and procedures within deadlines set.
Ability to prioritise and plan workload.
Quality and quantity of output within deadlines.
Contribution to improvement of processes and procedures.
To deliver the highest levels of customer service to both internal and external customers.
Ability to handle inventory within the commercial logs
Adaptable to late changes to workload.
Commercial log generation and manipulation to the most effective schedule.
Commercial log validation, reconciliation and reconciliation investigation.
To monitor inventory usage and carry out to IM requests inline with demand.
To monitor advertiser and product clashes on the commercial log.
Ensure high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ensure that the delivery of commercial and programming messages create the optimum listening experience.
Ensure the minutage and break policies for each brand are adhered to.
Deliver industry agreed accountability guidelines.
To enforce to and follow scheduling practices and procedures.
