Location: Remote (UK-based, with occasional travel across Europe)
Salary: £75,000-£85,000 OTE

As they expand their footprint in the UK and European markets, we're looking to grow their commercial sales team with dynamic individuals who understand football and can speak the language of clubs and stakeholders across all levels.
The Role:
We are seeking a Commercial Sales Manager with a passion for sport and a background in football club operations. You'll play a pivotal role in accelerating growth in the UK & across Europe, working alongside a high-performing Sales and Customer Success team.
You'll build relationships, drive new business, and help clubs see the value in modernising their ticketing infrastructure - moving away from outdated systems that leave revenue on the table.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales across UK/EU football clubs
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders: commercial managers, ticketing managers, and senior executives
  • Navigate a complex buyer journey involving multiple decision-makers
  • Educate clubs on the commercial upside of moving away from legacy platforms
  • Deliver against ambitious growth targets
  • Support existing strategic partnerships
What We're Looking For:
  • A strong understanding of how football clubs operate - ideally with a background in club commercial teams or sports sales
  • Excellent relationship-building skills - confident with both commercial and operational stakeholders
  • A coachable, growth-minded individual who can transition from a football environment to a fast-paced tech scale-up
