As a visionary Commercial Area leader covering Retail, Consumer Goods, Communications, and Media industries, you will collaborate across sectors to unlock new levels of business performance and address critical market challenges. Your role involves spearheading strategic initiatives designed to drive exponential revenue growth and fostering alignment among leadership teams across diverse markets. You will champion the adoption of AI-driven transformation while implementing change strategies that resonate with C-suite executives and elevate customer satisfaction.

By proactively identifying emerging market opportunities, you will represent Microsoft as an industry pioneer and thought leader. Your expertise will shape scalable go-to-market strategies, promote the adoption of innovative cloud solutions, and leverage partnerships to deliver solutions that fuel market expansion. What You Do:

Customer Advocate and Market Thought Leader: Build and model trustworthy relationships to provide differentiated expertise across the customer’s executive suite and prioritized partners. Drive YoY satisfaction improvement through account team quality, customer plans, and account transition experience.

Growth and Transformational Sales Leader: Champion operational excellence via the adoption of Microsoft’s Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM) across industries.

People Leader: Develop capabilities across retail, consumer goods, communications, media, and telco industries. Foster an inclusive culture that attracts top talent and maintains a record of exceptional sales performance.

Steward of the Business: Lead the RoB, oversee segment operations, and partner with enablement, operations, and finance to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.

Compliance: Uphold Microsoft's trust by adhering to its values, culture, and Trust Code in every decision.

How You Do:

  • Actively sponsor transformation initiatives, including coaching for impact and learning programs to upskill teams in industry, AI, and leadership.
  • Create a culture of consumption that drives a 12-month pipeline of Azure consumed revenue.
  • Dedicate weekly time to build coaching rhythms with managers to enable team success across revenue accountability, usage, and talent development.
  • Lead as an ambassador for The Era of AI, engaging with senior decision-makers and partners to promote AI, Azure, and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Lead and represent the area in governance rhythms, build industry understanding, and develop strategic partnerships focused on TAM and future horizons.

Measure of success includes growth in industry metrics, revenue, consumption, and partner integration, as well as fostering a culture of empowerment and trust.
