At our Vertu Ford Stokedealership, we are currently looking for a very talented individual to join our Commercial Sales Team either as an established Sales Executive or as a Trainee!

  • Basic salary of £20,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) of up to £45,000

  • What You'll Be Doing:

Whether you're joining as a seasoned professional or in a trainee capacity, your core focus will be to:

  • Support customers through the vehicle buying journey, from initial enquiry and test drives to delivery
  • Offer tailored guidance on finance options, insurance, and accessories
  • Build trust and rapport with customers to understand and meet their individual needs
  • Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way
  • Generate new customer interest through proactive outreach and relationship-building

What We're Looking For

Sales Executive Role:

  • Previous experience in car or commercial vehicle sales
  • A full UK driving licence

Trainee Role

  • Experience in any customer-facing setting (e.g. retail, hospitality, call centres)
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence
