Overview

Ford Transit Centre, Colchester

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: Uncapped Earning Potential!! (basic salary of £25,000 per annum, uncapped commission with OTE of £50,000 plus Company Car!)

Working hours: (44) Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, and Saturdays on rota, 09:00 to 17:00

Previous automotive experience is preferred but not essential; all we ask is that you're willing to learn and get involved. Full support and training will be provided, including access to Lookers sales process training from Day 1 and our Ford dealer portal for additional brand training.

You will be the key point of contact for our customers, communicating via email, phone, and in person. Attention to detail and excellent administration skills will help you succeed in closing deals. A full UK driving licence is required, as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious vehicles on the market.
