Qualifications

  • Proven experience in refrigeration maintenance and servicing.

COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION ENGINEER - SOUTH WEST / DEVON /CORNWALL

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our client is a one of the largest industrial refrigeration engineering companies in the UK.

Due to their on-going success, they are now recruiting for a proven, Commercial Refrigeration Engineer, covering the South West Devon/Cornwall area.

The successful applicant will have proven refrigeration maintenance, servicing, installation experience, and knowledge of commissioning of commercial and FGAS plants, some with Ammonia units.

Our client work with a diverse portfolio of customers, such as food production plants, and cold stores.

JOB PURPOSE

  • To install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems across a variety of commercial and light industrial environments, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance
  • You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, performing routine servicing, and supporting emergency call-outs.
  • This role plays a critical part in minimising downtime, extending equipment life, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

The successful applicant will have maintenance, servicing, and commissioning of a commercial and light industrial refrigeration and FGAS plants, some with Ammonia units.

Salary up to £46k (DOE) plus excellent company benefits!

1 in 4 weekly standby/ call out rota that all engineers take part in.
