Job summary

A leading Scottish law firm is seeking a newly qualified lawyer to join their Real Estate department in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will work on commercial property matters, including landlord-tenant transactions and advising retail clients. Flexibility in working between Edinburgh and Glasgow offices is available. A genuine interest in property law is essential, while prior experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Job Description:

This leading Scottish law firm is currently recruiting for a newly qualified lawyer to join its Real Estate department on a full-time basis; the successful candidate will primarily be based in the firms Edinburgh office, however, there is flexibility available between the Edinburgh and Glasgow office if required or desirable.

The post-holder can expect to be involved in a range of commercial property and real estate matters including handling landlord and tenant management transactions, providing advice to public bodies, retail and leisure clients, and analysing and reporting on titles.

To be considered for this role you should be a qualified solicitor with a genuine interest in the property industry and a willingness to develop your career within this area; previous experience of this area of law is desirable however not essential.
