Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage a full and varied caseload of commercial real estate matters from instruction through to completion.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial leases, lease renewals, surrenders, and assignments (landlord/tenant).
• Handle commercial acquisitions and disposals, including site acquisition, freehold/leasehold titles, and property finance transactions.
• Advise on real estate aspects of corporate transactions, property development, and planning agreements.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and key referrers.
• Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and marketing activities.
• Support and mentor junior solicitors, paralegals, or trainees within the practice group.
