The Role

You’ll be joining the firm’s highly regarded Real Estate team in Guildford, which is one of the most respected outside of London. The team consistently ranks highly, with many of its lawyers individually recognised by both Chambers and The Legal 500.

In this role, you’ll work on a broad range of high-quality matters, including commercial property sales and purchases, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, and development projects. With a diverse and prestigious client base, this role offers excellent variety and dynamic challenges – perfect for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with a passion for real estate law.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years’ Real Estate experience at a respected law firm
• Proven expertise in handling complex commercial property matters
• A highly detail-oriented, commercially astute, and results-driven approach
• A proven track record in business development and providing exceptional client care
