Responsibilities:

• Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential.
• Schedule and be present for all property inspections to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements.
• Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision-making process.
• Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service.
• Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Real Estate License or the motivation to get one.
• Proven negotiating and communication skills.
• Some sense of marketing and advertising practices.
• Independent worker who is motivated and self-sufficient.

Compensation:

$85,000 - $216,300 yearly
