Brandon James Ltd. in Harrow is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its property team.

You will support fee earners on a range of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion, gaining exposure to acquisitions, asset management, landlord and tenant work, and development tasks. The role offers hands-on mentoring from experienced property solicitors and clear opportunities to progress towards qualification, with occasional travel to the West End office.

Qualificações

• LLB or GDL/PGDL qualification required.
• At least one year of paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Real estate, asset management or landlord and tenant experience is advantageous.
• Aim to qualify as a Solicitor in the future.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
• Professional, client-focused approach with strong teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Support fee earners on a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion.
• Draft legal documents, reports and correspondence.
• Assist with commercial real estate transactions and due diligence.
• Conduct Land Registry, Companies House and legal research.
• Prepare and submit Land Registry and SDLT applications.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and third parties.
• Manage file opening, AML procedures and diaries.
• Prepare bills, completion statements and transaction documents.
• Maintain case management workflows and document production.
• Provide assistance across multiple teams when required.
