Job Description

• Provide comprehensive support to a team of attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents including leases, contracts and property agreements.
• Conduct research on legal issues relevant to ongoing cases and transactions.
• Coordinate with clients and other involved parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Maintain and manage client files effectively, ensuring confidentiality and organisation.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and managing attorney calendars.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to commercial real estate.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Real Estate Paralegal should have:

• An academic background in law or paralegal studies.
• Experience in a law firm, particularly in commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
• Strong academics and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
