Overview

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal — based in London. This is a full-time, contract role with a salary of up to £32k, dependent on experience.

The role

This Real Estate Paralegal position offers the opportunity to work closely with some of the most respected solicitors in the market, handling a range of commercial property transactions. You’ll be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters, including disposals, acquisitions, leases, and development projects. The deals you are likely to work on include:

• Acquisitions, disposals and lettings for developers, corporate clients and HNWIs
• Complex residential, industrial, retail, and mixed-use development projects
• Portfolio acquisitions
• Bank lending and refinancings

Ideal candidate

• Substantial experience working in Real Estate and Commercial Property
• Experience dealing with HM Land Registry applications and requisitions and SDLT returns
• Familiarity with technology (e.g., Excel, Word)
• Strong research skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
• Strong academics
