The Role

An opportunity is available for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join the specialist Commercial Real Estate team. The successful candidate will advise a diverse range of business sectors including leisure and tourism, retail, food and drink, healthcare, and professional services. This role will involve working on a variety of matters alongside experienced legal advisors and managing a personal caseload. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling landlord and tenant matters such as leases, licences to assign, surrenders, and assignments.
  • Managing sales and purchases of owner-occupied property, related secured lending transactions, and other finance transactions, including sale and leaseback deals.
  • Overseeing the sales and purchases of investment property.
  • Participating in business development activities, such as attending networking events.


About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in commercial real estate or a related field. Key qualities include:

  • A genuine interest in commercial real estate and a strong commitment to career progression in this area.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to enhance the firm's reputation through exceptional client service.
