Job description

Commercial law firm in London is seeking to recruit two Commercial Real Estate lawyers – one with 0 to 1 year of PQE and the other with 2 or more years of PQE.

The team handles all manner of residential and commercial property-related matters, including Landlord and Tenant, Construction and Development, Asset Management, Utilities, and Property Finance.

The successful candidates will work on a wide variety of commercial property transactions, including:

1. Secured lending
2. Acquisitions and disposals
3. Providing property input into corporate transactions and general property support to the corporate department
4. Real Estate Finance, advising on secured lending and the financing/re-financing of all types of commercial property
5. Lettings, licences, and other related commercial landlord and tenant transactional work (acting for both landlords and tenants)
6. General commercial property advice

If you are already qualified, you will currently specialize in Commercial Real Estate/Commercial Property matters. If you are newly qualified, you will have undertaken a seat in Commercial Property law.
