Commercial Real Estate Lawyer

An award-winning, modern-thinking and successful law firm in Truro are looking for an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join their team, working within one of the city's top Real Estate departments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' PQE working within commercial real estate or related area. We are ideally after someone who is commercially aware and who can be a positive ambassador for the firm. Tasks will include:

1. Landlord and tenant matters – leases, licences to assign, surrenders, assignments;
2. Sales and purchases of owner occupied property, and related secured lending transactions and other finance transactions, including sale and leaseback transactions;
3. Sales and purchases of investment property.
4. The role also assumes business development activity, such as attending networking events.

Skills and experience sought:

1. A minimum of 2 years' PQE within commercial real estate or related area
2. A credible, ambitious personality
3. Someone who is dedicated to progressing their career in this area
