JMC Legal Recruitment is assisting a well-regarded high-street style firm in Basingstoke, Hampshire, to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ PQE. You will work directly with an experienced partner and follow a clear runway toward leading the practice yourself.

The role offers direct mentorship, a varied commercial property caseload from day one, and hybrid working with a strong in-office focus due to succession planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in commercial property.
• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied commercial property caseload from day one.
• Mentor and onboard junior solicitor(s) and work closely with partner.
• Develop and manage client relationships with local businesses.
• Contribute to a genuine succession plan and route to partnership.
