Job description

Job title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: £55,000-£72,000
PQE Level: 4-10 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

We are working with a great Kent firm on a Commercial Property role for someone with 4-10 years of experience post qualification.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a diverse range of commercial property matters. You will be advising clients on the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of commercial properties. This includes drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licenses, and other property-related agreements. You will manage property portfolios for clients, including landlords and tenants, and conduct due diligence and handle property finance transactions. Additionally, you will provide strategic advice on property development projects and planning issues, ensuring compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and negotiation skills, excellent client relationship management abilities, and the ability to work independently with top clients, utilizing attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
