Commercial Property Solicitor

A well-established and loyal client is seeking a commercial property solicitor to play a crucial role in advising commercial clients on various property matters, including all aspects of property and land law relating to commercial properties. This role involves managing your own caseload, supporting the Commercial Property department, and contributing to its growth through business development and marketing efforts. We welcome applicants of varying experience levels, including both newly qualified and experienced candidates.

Responsibilities:
  1. Advise commercial clients on their property needs.
  2. Manage your own caseload, ensuring legal matters are handled efficiently and timely.
  3. Support the Commercial Property team and collaborate on complex transactions.
  4. Proactively seek and secure business leads, supporting marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years PQE, but applicants with more or less experience are welcome.
  2. Experience in sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, commercial leases, assignments, and license agreements.
  3. Preferable experience in development, land promotion, options agreements, conditional contracts, and overage agreements.
  4. Familiarity with acting for lenders, pension schemes, and investors, and providing property support on corporate matters.
  5. Knowledge of Landlord & Tenant matters.
