Opportunity: Commercial Property Partner in Birmingham

We are recruiting for a Commercial Property Partner based in Birmingham City Centre for a National Law firm keen to appoint an additional partner into their team. Salary depends on experience and following.

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload of real estate transactions.
  • Develop the firm's commercial property offerings.
  • Support and supervise junior team members.
  • Play a key role in the firm’s growth strategy via lateral hires.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts to generate new instructions.
Candidate Profile
  • Excellent track record in Commercial Property law, with experience in development, investment, regeneration, and general commercial property matters.
  • Preferably a Partner with a following, or a Senior Associate frustrated with lack of progression seeking the next career step.
  • Strong leadership and networking skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and client care.
