Real Estate Solicitor – Commercial Property (3–6 PQE)
Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow (Hybrid/Flexible Working Options)

A leading commercial law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Solicitor or Associate with 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience to join their high-performing Commercial Property team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on telecoms property work.
Key Responsibilities:
Act on behalf of telecoms clients in managing portfolios of phone mast sites and acquiring new locations.
Contribute to high-volume project-based acquisitions in the telecoms sector.
Handle property investment transactions, including asset sales/purchases and landlord-side commercial leasing.
Undertake property finance work, predominantly acting for lenders.
Provide leasing support for a variety of tenant occupiers.
About You:
3–6 years’ PQE in commercial property law.
Experience or interest in telecoms-related property work.
Strong drafting and client-facing skills.
Well-organised, with the ability to manage a significant workload and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
