Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ – 2 PQE, Legal 500 firm, London Hybrid & Flexible working

We are recruiting for a excellent Legal 500 law firm with offices in London and the regions. The firm has a new role for a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ – 2 PQE) available due strong performance and growth over the last year.

What is the role?

They are seeking a Commercial Property solicitor, with relevant qualified experience to join their exciting Commercial Property team, based in their central London office. The position is suitable for newly qualified (NQ) solicitors and above who have completed at least a 6-month training seat in commercial property.

As a member of the team, you will have excellent development prospects. You will enjoy plenty of responsibility and you will be joining a friendly and proactive team and dealing with high quality work, while working alongside a experienced solicitor. Cases you will work on may include:

• Advising on a multitude of commercial issues
• Acting for a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and funders
• Deliver portfolio acquisitions and disposals
• Dealing for freehold purchases and sales of commercial and business premises
• Development, Retail, Leisure, factory office and residential including overage agreements
• Leases and renewals for landlords and tenants
• Rent reviews
• Landlord and Tenant Law

What we are looking for?

• Have relevant qualifying experience in commercial property matters
• Keen to learn and become involved in the firms development
• Excellent Client Care Skills and commercial attuned to your clients
