Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ – 2 PQE, Legal 500 firm, London Hybrid & Flexible working

We are recruiting for an excellent Legal 500 law firm with offices in London and the regions. The firm has a new role for a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ – 2 PQE) due to strong performance and growth over the last year.

What is the role?

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property solicitor, with relevant qualified experience, to join their Commercial Property team based in central London. The position is suitable for newly qualified (NQ) solicitors and above who have completed at least a 6-month training seat in commercial property.

As a team member, you will have excellent development prospects, enjoy responsibility, and work alongside experienced solicitors on high-quality cases. Your work may include:

• Advising on a variety of commercial issues
• Acting for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and funders
• Handling portfolio acquisitions and disposals
• Dealing with freehold purchases and sales of commercial and business premises
• Handling development, retail, leisure, factory, office, and residential projects, including overage agreements
• Managing leases and renewals for landlords and tenants
• Conducting rent reviews
• Applying landlord and tenant law
