Commercial Property Solicitor - Newport

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Legal 500 law firm based in Newport, South Wales.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant issues, and property development
  • Advising clients on property finance, investment, and portfolio management
  • Drafting and negotiating legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and licenses
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while providing exceptional client care
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations


Qualifications:

  • Ideally around 7-10 years of experience in commercial property law
  • Proven expertise and technically strong in all aspects of commercial property transactions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
