Job description

As a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, including acquisitions, disposals, lease agreements, and property finance matters. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, allowing you to enhance your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will be based in one of the firm's regional offices in Birmingham and will have the opportunity to have a great work-life balance, a wide and varied caseload, and the opportunity to work with a genuinely lovely group of people.


Key responsibilities:

  1. Assisting senior solicitors in managing commercial property transactions
  2. Conducting legal research and providing relevant advice to clients
  3. Drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements
  4. Participating in negotiations and settlement discussions
  5. Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  6. Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry trends

To excel in this role, you will need:

  1. Recently qualified as a Solicitor with a focus on Commercial Property Law
  2. A strong academic background in law
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  5. A proactive and solution-oriented approach
