• 2-5 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in Commercial Property.
• Experience in various commercial property matters including development, Landlord and Tenant, sales and purchases.
• Ability to draft agreements and manage finance considerations.

Job description

Superb opportunity to join a boutique law firm in the North London borough with a city feel, it has excellent public transport links and you will work in a collaborative work environment that is friendly, professional and at times social.

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a team of three fee earners with dedicated legal secretarial support to manage your own caseload with support, guidance and continued career development with working with one of the Partners.

The nature of the work will see you attending client meetings from the outset and assisting on larger developments and transactions to broaden your experience. The work is varied and we are seeking someone with 2-5 years PQE and able to work on a variety of commercial property matters that are transactional and include development, Landlord and Tenant, sales and purchases. The role includes drafting agreements and having an acute eye to the detail of contracts, and some of the clients are joint ventures, and there will be a need to consider finance and funding, as well as your client's attitude to risk for portfolio management.

The firm's financials are solid, they have acquired smaller firms and they look after their staff, resulting in very low turnover. The quality of work is of the highest standard and the focus will be on providing innovative solutions, timely process and excellent client service.
