A respected law firm seeks an experienced locum commercial property solicitor (5+ years PQE) to provide support during permanent recruitment. The role involves handling a wide range of property transactions, including complex matters, requiring strong commercial property expertise. You will manage a varied caseload, including sales and purchases, remortgages, refinancing, commercial leases, and construction contracts. Responsibilities also include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, leases, and transfer deeds. This assignment suits a solicitor available to start immediately and commit on a full-time ongoing basis. Support is provided by a legal secretary and wider team members. The role is primarily office-based, but hybrid working will be considered.
