Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to complement our friendly and committed team. The team is based in our Royal Wootton Bassett office and deals with a wide range of property sales and acquisitions, refinancing and leases. Our solicitors have particular expertise in working with landowners on promotion agreements, options, renewable energy, and diversification projects. We also specialise in pension property work. We are uniquely placed to offer high quality and varied work within a friendly high street practice.

• Handling your own caseload with minimal supervision and assisting others on larger and more complex transactions
