Our client is a long-established, forward-thinking law firm based in Plymouth and on their behalf, we are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join them. This is a fantastic opportunity for a property lawyer with at least one year’s experience to develop their career within a highly supportive and well-regarded practice.

The Role:

The successful candidate will manage a diverse and busy caseload of commercial property matters with minimal supervision. The work will include a wide range of transactions such as:

• Buying and selling of freehold commercial property and businesses
• Drafting and negotiating leases
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Secured lending transactions
• Easements, options, and other associated property issues

There is a strong emphasis on maintaining and building long-term client relationships. The role will also involve working closely with colleagues across the team, offering assistance where needed and contributing to the continued success of the department.

Candidate Profile:

This position would suit a confident and client-focused Solicitor who enjoys a varied caseload and values high-quality service delivery. You will have strong communication skills both written and verbal and be comfortable using a case management system.
