BWF Legal Recruitment's client, a fast-growing law firm with a strong presence across East Anglia, seeks a commercial property lawyer with at least 1 year PQE to shape its Commercial Team. Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with at least 1 year PQE and solid development experience.
• Strong commercially aware mindset and ownership of client work.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing client portfolio and nurture relationships.
• Drive new business opportunities and contribute to growth.
• Work closely with the Department Head on commercial property matters.
• Deliver practical, commercially minded legal advice and solutions.
