Commercial Property Solicitor – Kettering

Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor in Kettering on behalf of a well-established and expanding Legal 500 recognised law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and collaborative property team with real scope for growth and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of commercial property matters from start to finish
• Advise on a variety of transactions including leases, freehold acquisitions, development land, agricultural property, and more
• Act for SIPPs/SASSs, corporate clients, individuals, and commercial lenders
• Draft and negotiate Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage
• Engage directly with clients and support business development initiatives
• Collaborate with a wider team of Commercial Property solicitors and partners across the region
• Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 3 years PQE considered)
• Strong knowledge of commercial property law
• Confidently handling a diverse and complex caseload
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Motivated to contribute to business development and firm growth
• A strong team ethic and proactive attitude
