Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • 7+ years PQE
  • Great technical and procedural knowledge
  • Managing a broad range of commercial property issues, including acquisitions, disputes, and landlord-tenant matters such as negotiating new leases, granting licences to assign, and approving licences for alterations.
  • Overseeing funding arrangements related to property acquisitions.
  • Drafting auction contracts and managing associated sales, often working within tight deadlines.
  • Identifying legal risks and advising clients on strategies for risk mitigation, ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments within the firm, including real estate, corporate, and finance teams, to deliver seamless, integrated solutions for clients.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service and clear communication, fostering long-term retention.
  • Managing multiple transactions simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of each with a high standard of professionalism.
