Oculus Legal Group in Reading seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor to manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, handling leases, acquisitions, developments and property finance. You will develop relationships with investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and owner-managed businesses.

The ideal candidate is a solicitor with 1+ years PQE, strong technical knowledge, and a proactive, client-focused approach. Hybrid working is available after onboarding and probation.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 1+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
• Ability to manage a commercial property caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Ambitious and motivated to develop within a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handle commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters.
• Assist with acquisitions and disposals, development and investment transactions.
• Oversee property finance matters.
• Deliver client relationship management and business development activities.
