COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR (HEAD OF DEPARTMENT), 8+ PQE, KENT, EXCELLENT SALARY & BENEFITS (DOE). This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional wishing to advance their career within a growing Real Estate practice. JOB REF: 215300185

The appointed candidate will oversee a caseload of commercial property matters, heading up the Real Estate department and advise a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.

• The firm is seeking a highly skilled commercial property lawyer with technical expertise across all aspects of Real Estate law. The successful candidate will have the confidence and ability to supervise junior team members and ultimately lead the department.

• You will be responsible for providing clear, accurate legal advice and ongoing support to its established client base, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• In addition to servicing existing clients, you will play an active role in business development, contributing to the growth of the department by attracting new clients and opportunities.

• Ongoing training will be offered, including access to a wide range of compliance and professional development programmes.

• This role offers a competitive starting salary, reviewed after six months, along with benefits including opportunities to progress to board level, a discretionary bonus scheme, private healthcare, 25 days of annual leave, and free parking.
