The Role:

• You will join a growing Commercial Property team well connected on the South Coast and across Sussex. The department handles high-quality commercial property work, including freehold and leasehold titles, drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases, and agreements for lease, acting for landlords and tenants, and acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.
• You will work within a supportive team environment, backed by paralegals and legal secretaries.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE
• Excellent communicator capable of expressing ideas clearly
• Experience in residential property is advantageous but not essential
