My client is a leading UK law firm seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its highly regarded real estate team in Guildford. The team advises an impressive client base on a broad range of commercial real estate matters and offers genuinely varied work, including investment acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, and mixed-use development projects. While the successful candidate will be based in Guildford, they will work closely with colleagues across the firm’s wider real estate practice, providing exposure to a diverse range of clients, transactions and sectors.
