Law Staff Legal Recruitment Ltd is assisting a Peterborough-based firm to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor. You will manage a broad commercial property caseload, work closely with partners on high-value transactions and develop strong client relationships in a supportive, progressive team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years' PQE in commercial property.
• Technically strong with good attention to detail.
• Team player who collaborates effectively with partners and senior lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisitions and disposals of commercial property and development land.
• Handle landlord and tenant work, including leases, renewals and asset management.
• Advise on property finance and secured lending transactions.
• Undertake development work, including site assembly and plot sales.
• Manage property portfolios for corporate and investor clients.
• Involve in domestic and international transactions with multiple stakeholders.
