OVERVIEW:
• You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, such as acquisitions and disposals, business asset transfers, auction sales, secured finance transactions, landlord and tenant issues, pension fund property dealings, Land Registry submissions, and work involving property management companies.
• Day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating leases, lease renewals, licences to assign, sublet or carry out alterations, lease surrenders, service of Section 25 notices, and support with adverse possession cases.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience, combined with strong technical expertise, excellent time management abilities, and a proven track record in handling commercial property work.
• In return, the firm provides 26 days of annual leave in addition to bank holidays, a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, and a supportive, team-focused working culture.
