Job summary

Spire Solicitors LLP in Norwich is seeking solicitors to join our Commercial Property team. The role involves handling a varied caseload, drafting and negotiating property documents, and supporting clients through conveyancing while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of commercial property experience, hold relevant legal qualifications, and demonstrate excellent client care, commercial awareness, and strong time management and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a solicitor of at least one year undertaking commercial property work.
• Strong client care and commercial acumen are required.
• Excellent time management, IT and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Liaise with clients and agents to facilitate seamless transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate options, contracts, leases and related documents.
• Support clients through the conveyancing process and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and keep clients informed on progress and costs.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in BD/networking events.
