A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor seeking the next step in their career. Job Ref: 9508.

Responsibilities

1. Handle a broad range of enfranchisement matters, acting for both landlords and leaseholders, with potential involvement in residential property work.
2. Manage lease extensions, freehold acquisitions, and complex collective enfranchisement cases, providing practical, commercially-minded advice.
3. Maintain solid experience in enfranchisement law, with exposure to residential property preferred.
4. Manage files independently and liaise effectively with clients, surveyors, and legal professionals.
