Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor for its Edinburgh-based client, a growing law firm. You will work closely with the Commercial Property Partner, handling a varied caseload while contributing to departmental development and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and lease renewals
• Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation and carrying out title due diligence
• Liaising with clients, lenders, surveyors and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth progression of transactions
• Working alongside the Commercial Property Partner to enhance and streamline processes, precedents and working practices across the department
• Supporting business development initiatives and helping to grow the firm’s commercial property offering

Applicants should have at least 2 years’ PQE in commercial property and be confident managing matters independently. Strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach are essential. More experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.
