Frasia Wright Associates is supporting a leading Scottish law firm to recruit a Commercial Real Estate solicitor. Based in Glasgow, Edinburgh or Inverness, the role covers acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development, funding, and related corporate support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience, with strong client relationship skills, and a track record in business development within the commercial property sector.

• 5+ years post-qualification experience in commercial real estate.
• Experience in acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, funding.
• Ability to manage client relationships and contribute to BD.

Our client, a leading law firm in Scotland, is looking to welcome a talented and motivated lawyer into its Commercial Real Estate team, based in either Glasgow, Edinburgh or Inverness. Known for its strong presence across all major sectors of the Scottish economy, the team works on a wide range of high-profile matters, including commercial and residential development, investment, energy, marine, healthcare, hospitality, leisure, and industrial projects.

The role will involve a broad mix of commercial property work, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development, funding, and supporting corporate transactions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take significant responsibility for client relationships, play an active role in business development initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. This position is ideally suited to lawyers with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience, although more senior applicants will also be considered.
