Austen Lloyd Limited seeks a Commercial Property Solicitor (2 PQE+) to join a thriving Wiltshire law firm in a market town. You will handle landlord and tenant, leasehold and freehold matters, plus property finance and developments, with room to advance as you build a robust caseload.

The role offers progression potential within a well-supported, multi-office firm. You will take a leading role in the branch with autonomy, contributing to client development and the department's growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in Commercial Property matters, including L&T, Leasehold/Freehold, Property Finance, Land Acquisition and Developments.
• Residential experience would be valued here.
• You will manage your own caseload from instruction to conclusion and assist in marketing the department and firm.
• You will be encouraged to take a leading role in this branch with autonomy and strong support from other offices.

Responsabilités

• Conduct and manage own caseload from instruction through to conclusion.
• Deal with non-contentious real estate transactions with a supportive team.
• Assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm.
