About the Role:

Join a reputable regional firm as a Commercial Property Solicitor with a specialisation in agricultural property. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and properties in the scenic Worcestershire region. With a focus on hybrid working, you’ll enjoy the perfect balance of office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and support in commercial property matters with a specific focus on agricultural property transactions.
  • Manage a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, leases, and agreements relating to agricultural land and buildings.
  • Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to deliver comprehensive legal services.

Criteria:

  • Qualified solicitor with 3 years+ PQE specializing in commercial property law, with a focus on agricultural property.
  • Proven track record of handling complex property transactions from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural property law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment.
