This is a chance to work on premium real estate matters within a team consistently recognised by the legal directories for its technical excellence and commercial acumen.

The Role

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trusted to take ownership of matters, liaise directly with clients, and collaborate with colleagues across corporate, finance, and tax teams on multi-disciplinary deals.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Advising on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including investment, development, and landlord and tenant work
  • Drafting and negotiating key documentation with a focus on precision and commerciality
  • Supporting on cross-border matters involving institutional investors, developers, and corporate occupiers
  • Managing transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For
  • UK-qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property
  • Strong grounding in investment and development work, ideally gained at a leading City or US/international firm
  • Excellent drafting skills and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, high-performing team
  • Availability to start at short notice
Why Apply?
  • Join a firm with a stellar reputation in the real estate sector, ranked highly in Legal 500 and Chambers UK
  • Work alongside a senior partner known for leading on some of the most sophisticated property deals in the market
  • Gain exposure to top-tier clients and complex, high-value transactions
  • Enjoy a dynamic, inclusive culture that values initiative and excellence
